1:1 tailored career coaching for international students in US colleges and young professionals around the world.

Career Assessment 

To start with, we will provide an objective career assessment for our clients.  360 degree review on strength and weakness.  Short-term and long-term career goal based on one's profile and skills.  Our coaching will build upon the initial assessment and dynamically adjust based on the progress and specific target.

Career Coaching

Then, we will provide 1:1 customized career coaching to each client.  At each coaching session - all online for convenience and quality - we review progress, analyze issues and assign tasks specific to each one.  Clients and coaches will also interact via email or instant messaging outside the coaching sessions.

On Job Training

There are hard skills and soft skills - both are critical for one's career developments.  Unlike the traditional career counselors in the college Career Management Center,  we don't just coach clients before they start a job, but also during the internship/full-time job, or in between jobs. For all the hard and soft skills.

We Use All Kinds of  Technology

We use Zoom primarily for 1:1 coaching sessions.  Video conference,  screen sharing.
We use Google Docs to share, track and comment on documents between client and coach.
We use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify the best professional networking contacts.
We use Medium, GitHub,  WeChat, Zhihu, Toutiao to interact and engage with everyone.
