Although no one asks me the exact question like "why my travel company is ignoring my complaints", nevertheless I believe what Christopher Elliott wrote is of great use if you do have to contact any travel company for your trip.

1. Having a Frivolous Grievance
2. Calling Instead of Writing
3. Making a Laundry List
4. Wasting Their Time
5. Writing Long
6. Not Offering a Solution
7. Being Impolite
8. Threatening
In the end, Christopher said that "... As long as you remember to complain only when you have a good reason, put it in writing, tell them what you want and mind your manners, you'll get what you deserve.
