And we know how upset to book a best deal of Caribbean cruise online only to realize your not-potty-trained-yet two-year-old daughter is not allowed to enter any swimming pools later. Or how much you wish someone could give you a big hand for your wedding or alumni reunion travel organization with over 100 guests.
Guess what, we had been there before. We wanted to find a balance between the websites (overloaded travel information online) and traditional travel agents (lack of personalized services). But we just couldn't find satisfied answers.
So next thing you know, Hilaya Travel was founded :-) .
